Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Tikibella piece you receive. If something is not quite right, we are happy to help you with a return or exchange according to the policy below.
Return Window
Items may be returned within 7–14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
Eligible Items
To qualify for a return, items must be in original condition. Items with makeup marks, perfume, stains, alterations, or signs of wear may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, final-sale items, accessories, jewelry, undergarments, swimwear, and gift cards may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or faulty.
